Marfa Texas

The project at hand was to develop an art gallery in Marfa, Texas. The design for this museum came from an exploration of Donald Judd and exploring the idea of discovery in the desert. This horizontal aggregation promotes visitors to wonder, explore and rest upon this 26 acre site. The building design also allowed for a play on topographic levels to raise and create new experiences in the desert.
